The association "International Piano Competition Taunus e. V." collects, processes and stores the personal data of the competition participants, in particular name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail addresses, as part of the registration of participants and the organization of the piano competition.

Images of a natural person are also part of their personal or personally identifiable data. Therefore, the provisions of the applicable data protection laws apply to their automated use, processing and storage. The rights to the photos are granted free of charge and also include the right to edit them, provided the editing is not distorting. Participation in the competition requires that, in addition to agreeing to these conditions of participation, consent is also given to the collection, processing and storage of image and film recordings.

Minor participants must be effectively represented by a legal representative when registering for the competition, when submitting the declaration of consent to these conditions of participation and when declaring the necessary consent with regard to the processing of photos and film recordings. To this end, each participant or legal representative will receive an email confirming the submission of his or her binding declaration.

Consent to the processing of image and film recordings is required because the competition has a public character and is held in public. The aim of the "International Piano Competition for Young Pianists Kronberg" is to promote talented young pianists. This includes presenting the participants and their application activities to the public at all stages of the competition and involving representatives of the print media, radio, television and online media in the organization of the competition. Press and public relations work by the International Piano Competition Taunus e. V. association and its partners takes place from the time of registration and above all during the competition events. The data processing described in the privacy policy is part of these conditions of participation.

Participation in the competition requires that, in addition to agreeing to these conditions of participation, consent is also given to the processing of photos and film recordings. Underage participants must be effectively represented by a legal representative when registering for the competition, when submitting the declaration of consent to these conditions of participation and when declaring the necessary consent with regard to the processing of photos and film recordings. For this purpose, each participant or legal representative will receive an e-mail confirming the binding submission of his or her declarations.

CONSENT OF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE TO THE CREATION AND USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILM RECORDINGS AND THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF PUBLIC RELATIONS WORK

As the legal representative, I agree that within the framework of the piano competition "International Piano Competition for Young Pianists Kronberg", pictures and film recordings of my child may be made and processed and used by the association International Piano Competition Taunus e. V. and its official partners for the purpose of conducting the competition as well as for press and public relations work (including publications on the Internet and social media).

The official partners to whom the International Piano Competition Taunus e. V. association transmits collected data as well as image and film recordings include competition directors, partner companies/institutions, jury members, sponsor pool administrators and prize donors.

Press and public relations work includes the disclosure of the information provided by me as well as the image and film recordings to media representatives (including press, radio, television and online media). This publication may also result in the transfer of data to countries where there is no adequate level of data protection.

I also agree that details of my child's name, date of birth, age, place of residence, training institute/teacher, state, application and success in participation may be collected, processed and stored in the same way by the association International Piano Competition Taunus e. V. and its official partners for the purposes of press and public relations work for the piano competition "International Piano Competition for Young Pianists Kronberg".

I have taken note of the supplementary information on this in the data protection declaration. I am informed that I am entitled to revoke this declaration of consent, taking into account the information on the right of revocation in the data protection declaration.

I have also asked my child and, if applicable, the other legal representative whether they consent to the data processing described above, in particular to the creation and use of image and film recordings, and I assure that they have also expressly declared their consent.
