Registration

from 01.10.2026 to 16.01.2027

Registration can only be made online via the "Registration" link from October 1, 2026 to January 16, 2027.
It includes:
  • the completely filled-out registration form
  • a copy of the participant's identity card/passport
  • the application video
  • the registration fee

 

The registration fee is € 30 (thirty EURO) and is due for payment to the organizer's account indicated on the form. 

All transaction costs of payment shall be borne by the participant and shall not be borne by the organizer.

The registration fee will not be refunded in the event of elimination in the digital preliminary round or if the participant is subsequently unable to participate. The registration documents will not be returned.

The video serves as a pre-selection for admission to the competition. Please refer to the digital preliminary round for the requirements for the video's repertoire. Please follow the video recording instructions!

After submitting the registration form and the required documents, participants will receive confirmation of registration by email.

At the end of the electronic registration form, a signature of the participant or a legal guardian must be provided (e.g. using a mouse). The registration is invalid without the signature and receipt of the participation fee.

By signing the registration form, the participant or their legal guardian accepts all competition conditions.

Record application video correctly

You can present up to 6 entries in the application video. All contributions must be recorded in one video(file). No (together) cutting is allowed.

ATTENTION: The videos without the name tag before the beginning of the recording will not be admitted to the digital preliminary round. Subsequent editing of the video is not allowed.

Transfer of the participation fee

Upon registration, the participation fee of € 30 (thirty EURO) excluding bank charges is due for payment to the organizer's account indicated on the form.

Important: Please enter "Name + Competition 2027" in the "Purpose" field.

Fill out the registration form

After you have created the video link and a transfer voucher, fill out the registration form. You will be asked for the following data
The registration form will be available from October 1, 2026.
Please note the registration deadline on January 16, 2025.

To the application form

When registering, you will be asked to provide your personal data such as date of birth and address. In addition, your identity card or passport and proof of payment must be uploaded during registration. You will also be asked to fill in the information on the repertoire you have selected.

Please make sure that all your data is filled in correctly.
