The artistic and pianistic development of our young talents is a matter close to our hearts! Our special prizes support the pianists in a unique and sustainable way even after the competition and provide impetus in many different directions.
We are delighted to have further expanded our special prizes for the 2025 event and to now publish them on our website.
A scholarship from the arteMusica Foundation worth €3,600, a professional sound and video production worth €5,000, six follow-up concerts, including at the Weilburg Castle Concerts, together with participation in master classes and many other special prizes, provide the young musicians with a wide range of support that will accompany their artistic development for years to come.
Without our donors and sponsors, such an offer of one-off special prizes worth over €16,000 - plus the fees and pro rata expenses for the prizewinners of the follow-up concerts - would not be possible.

With regard to the special prizes, we would like to thank the arteMusica Foundationwhich has been a passionate and committed supporter of outstanding young musicians for many years. Thanks to their comprehensive support, their scholarship holders become artistic personalities who inspire audiences worldwide and have already established impressive international careers.
We would also like to thank the "Barbara and Dr. Hans-Werner Dildei Foundation for Art and Culture", which has made a name for itself with its diverse support for young talent in the visual arts and music, as well as with its exhibition and concert series "Art & Music - Encounters". This support, which also includes the awarding of scholarships, and the creative and powerful combination of the arts is an expression of its conviction that more culture is essential for a value-oriented and tolerant society.
