The winners' concert will take place at the Casals Forum
We had the great pleasure of experiencing this hall live from a pianistic point of view twice: once in the magnificent finale of the International German Pianist Award and once in conversation with the Kronberg Academy, which was about the design and necessary details of the award winners' concert.
The C. Bechstein D 282 was on stage and I was irresistibly drawn to it. I have played in many halls, but never in such an acoustic!

It is often the case that one does not hear oneself well. But here I heard every detail of my playing and at the same time had the feeling of being in the middle of the sound as well as filling the room with sound!
Clarity, density and tonal beauty of the instrument combined into a unity that created an almost intimate atmosphere. This tonal feedback is very inspiring and so will be our prize winners.
At this point I would like to mention that our association is greatly supported by the Carl Bechstein Foundation.

Likewise we are very pleased that also the Hessenschau of the Hessian Broadcasting Corporation, the television, will be present!
With so many highlights, there is no missing the fact that the concert will be recorded in picture and sound by a renowned recording studio.
In addition to a highly professional recording, this studio will also create a trailer, a short video recording of the winners' concert.
