The prizewinners' concert on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 5 pm will be the crowning finale to three days full of wonderful and varied piano music!
The auditions were already of an exceptional standard in 2023. We are very much looking forward to enjoying the playing of our accredited young pianists again from 21-23 March 2025, with the first prize winners and - at the jury's discretion - the special prize winners performing at the prizewinners' concert.
Let yourself be inspired by a varied and captivating program, by dazzling soundscapes, glittering cascades, sparkling virtuosity and an emotional depth that will leave you amazed!
The large chamber music hall of the Casals Forum offers a setting that could not be better. Its highly acclaimed acoustics, architecture and interior design in warm wood tones have an intimate character and provide a unique sound experience.
As in 2023, the concert will be streamed live worldwide. Further highlights of the evening include the award ceremony for all prize winners and the eagerly awaited presentation of an audience award.
Our presenter Christoph Werkhausen, former presenter and editor of hr2 kultur and the programs with the hr-Sinfonieorchester, will provide the perfect setting and guide you through the program with humour and skill.
